In addition, I also gave some tips on how to harness the power of PPC advertising particularly the Adwords advertising to propel their website’s capacity of generating higher return on investments (ROI).

Some Search Engine Optimization Strategies
On Site Optimization – meaning doing some tweaks on your website. You can do the following:
- Optimize Title
- Optimization of meta- keywords, descriptions ( use highly targeted keywords from your niche, keyword research)
- Alt tag for image – to make your images crawlable by search engines, it is recommended to embed optimized keywords in their alt tags.
Off-site optimization ( Back links building). Do the following:
1. Article Submission to various Directories ( e.g. ezine, article marketer). Put a link to your submitted articles that point back to your site to drive traffic.
2. URL Submission
3. Search Engine Submission
4. Google Webmaster Tools
5. Blog Commenting
6. Forum PostingWebsite Promotion through Adwords Advertising ( Pay-per-click campaign)
The use of Adwords advertising can be a great help to boost your website’s return-on-investment. That is, if you are doing it right.
If you are planning to harness the power of Adwords advertising for your business. Consider the following when you commence your Adwords operation:
- Define your Goal – clearly understand your Adwords advertising Goal. Is it for lead generation? Making sales or conversion?
- Define your target market – your Adwords advertising campaign must be targeted to specific clients ( clients that really need your products or service). Your knowledge in Demography play a vital role.
- Research for highly relevant keywords to be used for your Adwords ads ( keywords that specifically target your product or service). The more specific is your ads, the more chances of funneling the right customers.
- Begin developing your Adwords Advertising campaign ( Sign-up for Adwords Account, Start writing Ads)
- Monitor your campaign
- Refine your Adwords campaign based on your analysis during the monitoring stage. ( The process is just a cycle and constant refining)
